Warren Marr is a Managing Director with a focus on the hospitality industry. He is able to effectively lead others to help solve large, complex challenges. Experienced in both the operations and consulting aspects of the hospitality and leisure industries, Warren leads many of the sector’s larger business advisory engagements across the country, with a focus on corporate strategy and business planning, portfolio transaction analyses, and market positioning.
Warren Marr holds the CRE and CCIM designations for commercial real estate, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Hotel Development Council, previously serving as its Vice Chair – Membership.
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Hotel Administration, Warren got his start in the operations side of the hospitality industry, working for Westin Hotels & Resorts and later, Lincoln Hotel Company. After learning the complexities of operations, he moved over to the consulting side of the business.
In his current role, Warren Marr is responsible for leading many of the larger hospitality business advisory engagements for the firm. Warren is a frequent industry spokesperson, having appeared on CNN, CNN Headline News and CNBC, and quoted on hospitality industry issues by numerous publications, including Reuters and Associated Press, and in various news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and USA Today, as well as industry trade journals.

Outside of his professional career, Warren enjoys combining his passion for helping others with his skill set of strategic planning and consulting. Throughout his life, he has been intentional about servant leadership and giving back to those less fortunate. This has manifested through his volunteer involvement with organizations like Karazim Ministries in the Bahamas, whose vision is to “change the face of a nation by changing the heart of its people.” Additionally, Warren has been involved as a coach, through the organization Run for God, and an active volunteer at his local church, Woodside Church.
As a husband and father of three, Warren Marr enjoys spending time hiking, gardening, traveling, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions, and volunteering with his church.
